Savvyy Designs Co. offers handmade art, creative products, and design services including stickers, prints, resin items, jewelry, embroidery, suncatchers, branding, graphic design, social media design, and website design services. All handmade items and designs are individually crafted and may contain slight variations that make each piece unique.

• Full payment is required before physical products are shipped. 
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all design work before any project begins. 
• The remaining balance must be paid upon completion before final files are delivered. 
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. 
• Savvyy Designs Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or project at any time. 

Due to the handmade nature of products:

• Colors, textures, and sizing may vary slightly from photos. 
• Small imperfections may occur and are considered part of the handmade process. 
• Resin items should be handled with care and kept away from excessive heat or direct sunlight. 

• Design timelines may vary depending on project scope, communication, and revisions. 
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, information, and feedback in a timely manner. 
• Final files will be delivered after full payment is received. 
• Savvyy Designs Co. reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

• Design projects may include a limited number of revisions as agreed upon before the project begins. 
• Additional revisions or major changes may result in additional fees. 
• The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started. 

• Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. 
• Savvyy Designs Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by customers. 
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes for international orders. 

• Due to the handmade and custom nature of products and services, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. 
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 
• Proof of damage may be required for replacements or refunds. 

All artwork, graphics, designs, logos, website content, images, and creative materials created by Savvyy Designs Co. remain the intellectual property of Savvyy Designs Co. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute artwork or designs without permission.

Savvyy Designs Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products, services, or this website.
